My name is Euael Tessema, I am an MBA student (2009/10) at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) seide Milano. After I have attended a 1 year full time academic lesson, I have got a chance to practice my stage at Gruppo Loccioni.
As I arrived at the Head Quarter office of Gruppo Loccioni, the grand welcoming spirit of the company has opened my career journey to be more interactive. During my stay at Loccioni (from February to March 2010); I have a chance to get a first hand experience of “Made in Italy”.
I was able to reveal viable career path through hands-on learning experiences, applied classroom theory to real work situations, become more knowledgeable about general work functions and transferable skills, practiced designing project on Micro Hydro Electric Power Plant Development under real condition.
I have learnt the organizational cultures and its real value, inspired with team work spirit , become more interested in academic course work taken, developed an interdisciplinary perspective, personal qualities and values. Further more, I could able to figure out what it’s like to work in a company who cares for the quality of life and future world with in a business environment of this dynamic world.
In general, my stay at Gruppo Loccioni was much worth full than I expected.
